Description
Five years of cover for your light from the date of delivery. If it stops working because of a defect, or is accidentally damaged in normal home use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Contact us with your order number and a photo to make a claim. Priced at 20% of the item it covers.
Shipping information
Processing time. Orders are usually prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Larger fixtures may take longer, and we'll email you if so.
Delivery. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Damages. If anything arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us. We'll make it right.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return.
